This year's roasting competition gathered 13 competitors from various roasteries in Norway over 3 days of intensive green grading, roasting and cupping. All roasters from Coffea Circulor were present and we earned the 1st, 4th and 5th in “the roaster’s choice best cup” / the internal non-official competition. Overall, we also placed 1st and 3rd in the official competition.
Ivica Cvetanovski will therefore have the honor to represent Norway in the World Coffee Roasting Championships in Rimini, Italy at the World Coffee Events. We would also like to express our gratitude to the sponsors, SCAE Norway and judges.
