Some memories from our first official roast after the roaster assembly.

We decided to import and roast the coffee ourselves. The roastery is located on the lighthouse island Store Torungen, outside of Arendal, Norway.

Our work is observed and got caught by Yale University on Climate Neutral Network launched by United Nations in 2009. 

We got around to spend some time at coffee farms during the past weekend. Here we learned farmers were paid 0.7US per kilo coffee.
