Aaga Dinsa

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is the coffee that's delicate, floral and tea-like, with citrus notes and a clean, light body.

Aaga inherited his grandfather’s farm, which remains the core of the company's export operations. The farm covers 105 hectares in Kuri Kebele, with a total of 837 hectares.

After making their initial impact in the coffee industry in 1945, Habtamu Aga's family has subsequently taught the next generation about wet mills and their expertise.

They kept growing, gathering, and supplying coffee to the neighbourhood markets. In 2015, Habtamu founded the business, set up a processing facility on his own property, and grew to include picking cherries from nearby growers in Guji, Djimmah and Yirgacheffe.

Washed WX

At the washing station, where it is pulped and undergo a submerged fermentation spanning 48-72 hours depending on the temperature, followed by a second 12-hour submerged fermentation after washing. Drying takes 10-12 days on raised meshes.
