We are both looking for a growers cash crop and high performing coffee. Building the best of two worlds - financial stability for growers and outstanding coffees. It is a product like a highly considered level of wine. We approach the cherries as a wine maker would approach the grapes. This involves a high level of care. Meticulous picking of cherries is crucial. These are the first and foremost things we wish to change from the current methodology that has been around for decades in coffee processing.
Higher score here means a much better price and also signifies quality, respect for the product and above all conveys a story and brings an experience which we also look upon as an adventure. In a world today where time is precious and people are more occupied with knowing what they eat and drink, this creates a high market value among coffee consumers.
